Restorative Yoga helps to release the stress we experience in everyday life. In Restorative Yoga we
• use props (blocks, bolsters, straps) for a supported practice that releases muscle tension and patterns of holding for deeper relaxation of the body and mind. 
practice sustained postures, guided relaxation and conscious breathing helping to release tension in a gentle manner.

Core Yoga blends Pilates-style abdominal conditioning with the mindfulness of yoga! Breathing and awareness are fused with strengthening the core (back, belly & abdominals) to create length and tone for better posture, balance and physique.
The session will end with a mellow winding-down, including stretching and recovery. For new and experienced students, we will cover modifications as well as more intense options. Through this method you discover your core strength.
A wonderful way to tone or cross-train --You will leave feeling great!

Purchase 3 classes for $30 (except Master Class). This offer may be used or the same class or any mix of classes on the schedule. Please note : if you have come in the past, but it's been a while or you have come to a community class and would like to try more classes please let us know. We will honor 3 for $30 for you.

Community Yoga $5 :: Join us weekly on Mon. 7:15pm Thurs 4-5pm and the 1st Saturday of every month at 10:45am. These are all levels classes, expect to be practicing with students that are experienced as well as new to yoga.


Private Sessions $75/hour. Please call for more information.
